Warranty and Return Conditions
Warranty Conditions
All products offered for sale on Hazen Home are covered by the manufacturer's warranty conditions unless otherwise stated.
Please strictly check your products during cargo delivery.
For products found to be damaged during delivery, a damage assessment report must be kept by the cargo officer and the product should not be accepted.
Modifications made on the product, deformation of the product, or deterioration of its original structure void the warranty.
Return and Exchange Conditions
In case the product you purchased is defective or faulty, you must contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.
Faulty products delivered to us after notification will be replaced with a new one depending on stock availability.
If there is no defect in the product or no wrong product shipment has been made, return and exchange shipping costs belong to the customer.
Situations Where Return and Exchange Are Not Accepted
Return and exchange are not accepted in the following cases:
- Damage to the product as a result of customer use
- The product having been used within 7 days from the delivery date
- Deterioration of the original structure or form of the product
In return and exchange transactions, the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer are taken as a basis.
Special Products and Exceptions
For products prepared specifically for the customer;
Returns and exchanges are not made for cut fabric, cut tulle, cut ribbon, and all products prepared according to size, unless there is a defective or faulty goods situation.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for personal care products, magazines, and books.
In orders where there is no wrong product shipment or defective goods situation, shipping and return cargo fees belong to the customer.
