Membership Agreement

1. Parties

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Hazen Home (hereinafter referred to as "Hazen Home"), the operator of the shophazenhome website ("Website"), and the person or entity who becomes a member of the Website ("Member").

2. Subject of the Agreement

5. Rights and Obligations of the Member

5.2 Privacy and Password Usage

The Member cannot transfer or share the password granted to them with other persons. The Member is responsible for all transactions made with the password.

5.3 Use of Services

The Member undertakes to use the Website in accordance with all legal regulations, moral rules, and public order.

5.4 User Activities

Hazen Home may monitor and record the Member's activities on the site in order to improve the Website and enhance the member experience. This data may be processed in accordance with the relevant legislation and anonymized when necessary.

5.5 Use of Different Addresses in Orders

The Member may specify a delivery address other than their registered address during order finalization. This feature can be used to deliver products to another person or during periods when the Member is in a different location.

6. Membership Cancellation and Termination

6.1 Cancellation by Member

The Member may terminate their account from the account settings section on the Website. After this process, the Member's membership relationship with the Website ends.

6.2 Situations Where Cancellation Cannot be Made by Member

Membership cancellation may be limited in the following cases:

If 60 days have not passed since the last order,
If a cancellation request is made with a different e-mail address,
If verification cannot be provided through the Member's information.

6.3 Cancellation by Hazen Home

Hazen Home may suspend or terminate the membership in the following cases:

If the Member engages in behavior that is immoral or damaging to the company's reputation,
If there is an attempt at fraud,

7. Member Security

7.2 Member Responsibilities

The Member must keep their information confidential, not share it with other persons, and not log in to the Website from unreliable devices.

8. Force Majeure

Hazen Home cannot be held responsible for service interruptions and delays caused by events beyond its control such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, infrastructure problems, strikes, and power outages.

9. Amendment of the Agreement

Hazen Home reserves the right to unilaterally amend this agreement. Amendments made to the agreement enter into force as soon as they are published on the Website. The Member is obliged to check the agreement regularly.

10. Evidence Agreement

Hazen Home declares that the electronic records kept on the Website constitute sole and definitive evidence. The Member accepts in advance that these records will be accepted as evidence.

11. Enforcement

This agreement enters into force upon the Member's registration to the Website and remains in force as long as the membership continues.
