DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

2. SUBJECT
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically from the Seller's website www.shophazenhome.com.

3. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
The Buyer declares that they have read and informed themselves about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions of the product(s) specified below and accepted them electronically.

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
4.1. The products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 30 days at the latest after the order is approved by the Seller.
4.2. Delivery will be made through the Seller's contracted cargo company.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the product to them without showing any reason and without paying any penalty.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within this period.

6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products and services:

6.1. Products prepared in line with the Buyer's request or clearly personal needs.

6.2. Perishable goods or products that may expire (e.g., food supplements, dermocosmetics, hygiene products).

6.3. Hygienic products whose packaging has been opened, used, or whose suitability for resale has been impaired (e.g., personal care products, cosmetics).

6.4. Products whose price varies depending on fluctuations in financial markets.

6.5. Digital services performed instantly; products and services delivered instantly in a non-physical environment.

6.6. Products and services whose period of use within the right of withdrawal has expired.

6.7. Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines delivered.

6.8. Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if their protective elements (packaging, seal, tape, etc.) are opened after delivery.

7. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In disputes that may arise from this contract, Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Istanbul Anatolian Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized.

8. ENFORCEMENT
This agreement is deemed to have entered into force upon electronic approval.
