Shipping Fee and Delivery

For purchases made from Hazen Home, shipping fees are paid by the buyer.
The shipping cost may vary depending on the selected cargo company and package weight.

Your products are meticulously packaged to prevent damage during transport and delivered to the cargo company.

Order Preparation and Delivery Time

Your orders are delivered to the cargo company within 1–5 business days depending on the preparation process of the products.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are processed on the following first business day.
Changes may occur in delivery times during peak periods or for products requiring special production. In such cases, you will be informed.

Order Tracking

After your order is delivered to the cargo, your cargo tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail or SMS.
You can also track your order status through your user account.

Damaged or Missing Cargo

If you detect any damage or shortage in your cargo during delivery, we kindly ask you to have the cargo officer prepare a damage assessment report.
You can share the situation with Hazen Home Customer Services by not accepting the damaged products.
